Brenna Hampton is the founder and C.E.O. of Work Comp By Design . She is a California State Bar Association Certified Legal Specialist in Workers' Compensation and Chair of the Government Relations Committee for the California Coalition on Workers' Compensation (CCWC), an employer-driven organization.
Brenna is a passionate educator on all topics related to defense of California workers' compensation matters. She is a traditional trial attorney with a modern view for cost-savvy and creative problem solving.
Prior to starting WCbD, Brenna started the San Diego office of a prestigious statewide defense firm, which she ran successfully for 12 years, and chaired their Education & Standards Committee.
She also has earned a master's degree in law firm management from the George Washington University and is certified thru Legal Lean Six Sigma in process improvement.
